I am an Assistant Professor of Business Management at Goucher College in Maryland.
My research interests encompass gender, leadership, and sustainability; organizational behavior and change management; and contemporary Africa’s strategies towards United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). The aim of my work is to better navigate contextual barriers using scientific and applied research towards achieving real-world sustainable and impactful solutions. I teach Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Marketing, Environmental Stewardship and UNSDGs. I am an interdisciplinary educator with content focus on ethical, justice and sustainable implications.
